Tell us what you want to discuss, the software you already run, monthly volumes, rough budget, and how close you are to the decision-maker. After the call we set out the scope and the price.
Q. Can we request a quote review only?＋
Yes. For AI development, SaaS adoption, and PoC proposals, we review the quote from a technical standpoint — unnecessary features, inflated effort, and implementation risks.
Q. When is the NDA signed?＋
The first online consultation doesn't assume access to confidential information. We sign an NDA when it's needed, as things move toward a contract.
Q. Can the first meeting be in person?＋
The first meeting is online as a rule. For large deals heading to contract, key closings, decision-maker meetings, or workflow projects that require an on-site check, we consider in-person meetings as needed.
