    Understand the whole workflow

    We follow transactions through to billing, review data and existing systems, and agree the overall design and first development scope.

    Build and test a workflow at a time

    We develop the core system and its AI assistance, then test record accuracy, exception handling and usability in actual operations.

    Migrate in stages and improve

    We reconcile data, support cutover and handover, and use operational feedback to guide the next workflow or improvement.

We quote based on workflows, integrations, migration, AI usage and operational responsibilities. Initial development and migration, ongoing operations and AI usage costs are presented separately. We review outcomes and further investment at each stage.

FAQ

What does FDE mean?

FDE stands for Forward Deployed Engineer. At Leach, engineers work closely with the customer to design and build core business systems with AI, and support implementation and operational improvement. On-site arrangements are agreed for each project.

Do we need to start with AI Operations Foundation?

No. If your goals and data are clear, we can start with development. If additional data preparation or technical advice is needed, we agree on that scope with you.

Do we need to replace our entire core system?

A full replacement is not a prerequisite. We review existing capabilities, data and integration options, then agree what to retain, what to build and how to migrate. We propose a new core system, phased modernization or integration with existing systems to suit your operations.

Do you provide maintenance after delivery?

We can support maintenance, operations and improvement. Scope, communication, fees and handover conditions are defined in the contract.
