LEACH PERFORMS DAILY OPERATIONS
After building the AWS or other environment, Leach performs data updates and processing, monitoring, integration maintenance, backup checks, initial incident response and recovery. We operate within the contracted scope, including on existing cloud services.
Agree before contracting: work scope, support hours, contacts, approval of significant changes and monthly operations fees.
MANAGED OPERATIONS AND EVERYDAY AI USE
After migration, Leach handles administration, user and access changes, and inquiries. We continue AI practice in search, summarization and drafting with company materials and review how the tools are used.
Your team decides access, business matters and significant changes. Leach performs agreed configuration changes and daily operations.
The two approaches can be combined. Migration to AWS or Google Workspace is not required; existing environments are considered too. Preparation alone is available when the destination and update method are already defined.

Review formats, volume, use cases and users. Agree on existing tools to retain, the destination, update and reprocessing methods, and required permissions.

We test representative data from ingestion through use, including missing or duplicate data, failed updates and access differences, to verify that the setup can be operated.

Leach performs agreed daily operations and reports the work. Your team makes business decisions and approves access and significant changes. For employee-facing environments, we continue AI practice with company materials and review adoption.
Initial data preparation, migration and setup are quoted separately from monthly operations performed by Leach. Cloud usage and software license fees are identified separately. Update frequency, work scope, support hours, incident response and additional work are agreed before contracting.
Where integration or automated updates are needed, an engineer who understands the workflow designs and builds them. Technical consulting also supports decisions about the environment and how to use AI.

We first review the existing environment and agree on what to retain or change. A full migration to a particular cloud is not required. Connectivity, access and operating constraints are verified during discovery.
Yes. We work with business data and client projects handled by SI or development companies. We agree on source files, purpose, output format, confidentiality and quality checks. You do not need to bundle development or operations.
Yes. Leach performs updates and processing, monitoring, integration maintenance, backup checks, initial incident response and recovery within the contracted scope. Support hours, contacts, changes requiring approval and fees are agreed beforehand. Around-the-clock staffed support is not included as standard.
