Why we are called "Leach"
Leach carries three meanings. It stands for “leach,” to permeate daily life; the founder's otitis media with effusion, something that “leaches”; and “Reach,” delivering into customers' hands.

CEO
Spent 9 years at Toshiba's Software Engineering & Technology Center, covering HDD firmware development, cloud infrastructure design, and data analytics platforms. Worked on joint projects with Google and McKinsey. Earned all 12 AWS certifications in about a month. Founded Leach, Inc. in November 2024.

CPRO (Chief Product & Relations Officer)
Graduate of the University of Ottawa, Canada. Over 20 years in English education and cross-cultural communication in Japan. Native in English and French. As presenter, contributed to winning the VoiceOS award at Builders Weekend 2026. Leads overseas expansion and investor relations.
