CEO Message
Generative AI Dramatically Transforms Business. I'm Convinced of It.
Takuya Tominaga
CEO, Leach Inc.
Survived on 4 hours of sleep in grad school, won triple academic awards. Spent 9 years at Toshiba R&D, working with Google and McKinsey on the front lines of data business. Now I code 17 hours a day and my eyes twitch constantly. Through it all, one thing has always been clear: no matter how far technology advances, day-to-day operations remain unchanged.
After leaving, I visited companies everywhere. People using rulers on monitors to reconcile data. Copy-pasting by hand, over and over. Upstairs, flashy AI discussions. Downstairs, humans exhausted. Generative AI can change this. I was instinctively convinced.
"We want AI but don't know where to start." If that sounds like you, please reach out. We'll look at your operations together and find the best path forward.

A Man Who Gave His Life to Code
Elementary / Junior High School
Played Pokémon Red, Green & Blue and thought: "I want to make games like this." Started programming. In junior high, built a password-protected BBS for his classmates. It took off immediately — but he forgot file locking, and all the data was wiped.
Graduate School (NAIST)
Survived on 4 hours of sleep, fully immersed in research. Won triple awards: DICOMO Best Presentation (1st out of 293), Outstanding Paper, and DPSWS Outstanding Poster.
Akatsuki Era (Internship)
Kept coding after work, sleeping on the floor. A tumor (blood clot) formed on his back and had to be surgically removed at a Red Cross hospital.
Toshiba R&D Era
Broke a plate while washing dishes, slicing his middle finger halfway through. The tendon barely held — he can still code today. Rode the BTC wave and by his second year out of college, had already eaten everything he wanted and traveled everywhere he wanted.
COVID-19 Golden Week (May 2021)
A dream he'd chased since his Toshiba days: cycling the length of Japan. The stars never aligned — extended leave, same-day hotel availability, and decent weather never came together at once. Then COVID hit, hotels emptied out, and he thought: "Now or never." He cycled approximately 1,350 km from Yokohama to Kumamoto over 11 days (9 riding days + 2 rain rest days) on an e-bike.
After Founding (Now)
Codes 17 hours a day. His eyes twitch constantly. But his hands never stop.
