Matching documents by eye. Retyping the same numbers over and over. At most companies today, people still do this tedious work entirely by hand.
Our concept is simple. AI does that work. People just check it and press “approve.” The tedious manual labor disappears, and only the final judgment stays in human hands.
Until AI came along, this simply couldn't be built — the technology to judge the content in a person's place didn't exist. Work that once only people could do, AI now does itself. So we can build these systems one after another and bring them to companies around the world.
The time this frees up can go to what really matters. Thinking up new things, researching, creating. The more time the world spends there, the more likely world-changing innovation becomes. That's what I truly want to grow.
The name Leach means “to soak in.” Rather than forcing a grand system on you, we let AI soak into your workplace like water into soil. Before you know it, the tedious work is gone — that's the kind of company we want to be. If you're wondering where to start, just reach out.

A lifetime of going way too far — on purpose. Maybe that's why there's no bluff in what we build.
Elementary / Junior High School
Played Pokémon Red, Green & Blue and thought: "I want to make games like this." Started programming. In junior high, built a password-protected BBS for his classmates. It took off immediately — but he forgot file locking, and all the data was wiped.
Graduate School (NAIST)
Survived on 4 hours of sleep, fully immersed in research. Won triple awards: DICOMO Best Presentation (1st out of 293), Outstanding Paper, and DPSWS Outstanding Poster.
Akatsuki Era (Internship)
Kept coding after work, sleeping on the floor. A tumor (blood clot) formed on his back and had to be surgically removed at a Red Cross hospital.
Toshiba R&D Era
Broke a plate while washing dishes, slicing his middle finger halfway through. The tendon barely held — he can still code today. Rode the BTC wave and by his second year out of college, had already eaten everything he wanted and traveled everywhere he wanted.
COVID-19 Golden Week (May 2021)
A dream he'd chased since his Toshiba days: cycling the length of Japan. The stars never aligned — extended leave, same-day hotel availability, and decent weather never came together at once. Then COVID hit, hotels emptied out, and he thought: "Now or never." He cycled approximately 1,350 km from Yokohama to Kumamoto over 11 days (9 riding days + 2 rain rest days) on an e-bike.
After Founding (Now)
Codes 17 hours a day. His eyes twitch constantly. But his hands never stop.
Organized by Transpose Platform (YC-recognized), with 230 participants; built in 4 hours with an international team formed that day.
Co-hosted by Digital Garage with 205 participants; built in 48 hours with a three-person international team formed that day.
DICOMO 2014 Best Presentation (1st of 293), Best Paper, and DPSWS 2014 Best Poster.
Placed 2nd of 23 in Toshiba's internal AI program co-developed with UTokyo; first recipient from the Software Engineering & Technology Center.
Score: 3511/3551; earned the highest Level 5 rating for the CISO role.
Internal Award of Excellence for outstanding business results.
Second cohort of Taizo Son's entrepreneurship program.
National finalist while in high school.
Invited to teach a tutorial on generative AI agents.
Obtained while at Toshiba and publicly verifiable on J-PlatPat.
Achieved all 12 certifications at unprecedented speed globally. Full coverage from infrastructure to apps, security, and machine learning.
