"Supporter Interviews" is a series where we ask the people cheering Leach on why they became supporters and what they hope for Leach — one by one. Our guest is Takashi Nomura, President of Cocoro Inc., which runs the Cocoro Home-Visit Nursing Station in Shinagawa, Tokyo.
I want to be someone who takes on challenges together with companions, and spreads a warm cycle through the community and society.

Q. How did you first encounter Leach, and how did you become a supporter?
My encounter with Leach began with an introduction from Branch Manager Isoda of Rikiman Co., Ltd. Isoda-san and I have known each other for many years through community activities, and it all started when he told me, "There is a company that doesn't just have technical strength — it genuinely supports people's growth."
When I actually saw what CEO Tominaga was doing, I felt that even while working with cutting-edge technology like generative AI, the goal was always to draw out the power of people.
Speaking at academic conferences, teaching AI in the manufacturing industry — in everything, a posture of standing beside the real problems of the field was consistent, and that sincerity moved me deeply.
Starting from Isoda-san's introduction, as I came into contact with Leach's philosophy and activities, a desire to be involved as a companion supporting people's challenges arose naturally — and that is how I came to serve as a supporter.
Q. What do you think makes Leach attractive?
Leach's appeal is that it places "people" — rather than technology — at the center.
- A posture of listening carefully to the voices of the field
- The sincerity to stand beside each problem and deliver AI that can be used without strain
- A culture that cherishes companions and encourages new challenges
- A consistent philosophy of "expanding people's potential"
I feel that the values cherished by the Cocoro Home-Visit Nursing Station and the values cherished by Leach are very close.
That is exactly why my involvement as a supporter carries a natural meaning.
Q. What do you hope to see from Leach going forward?
I hope that Leach will grow even further as a "hub connecting people and society."
- Building an environment where the younger generation can take on challenges with peace of mind
- New value born when people from different fields cross paths
- Accelerating social implementation through collaboration among communities, companies, and government
- A future where AI lightens people's burdens and increases the time available for challenges
In home-visit nursing, in manufacturing, in education, in government — I look forward to seeing Leach spread its wings even further as a company that delivers "AI that increases the time people can spend living positively."
