Leach Inc. (headquartered in Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Takuya Tominaga) is pleased to announce that it has been selected for Liberal Arts for Business Innovators Creation (hereinafter, LABIC), an advanced management-talent development program for startup executives operated by the Minato City Industrial Promotion Center.
LABIC is designed for startup executives to acquire the management literacy they need in a systematic and practical way. It is structured as a place to learn a wide range of expertise—business strategy, finance, M&A, corporate governance, taxation, legal affairs, intellectual property, supply chain management, and human-resource and organizational development—as a shared language for execution.

About LABIC
LABIC provides selected companies with coworking space at the Minato City Industrial Promotion Center, PR opportunities such as pitches and press-release distribution at the results presentation, practical seminars, one-on-one consultation and mentoring, and networking opportunities.
Ten companies, including Leach Inc., have been confirmed for fiscal 2026 and are now listed in the Startups section of the official page. Following a mentoring period from June to November 2026, a Demo Day is scheduled for December 3, 2026.
About This Selection
Leach Inc. develops generative-AI-powered business systems, provides AI technology consulting, and builds industry-specific AI business OS. Through this selection, we will strengthen our business foundation from the perspectives of management, capital policy, legal affairs, intellectual property, and organizational development, and further advance the development of products and services that take on companies' back-office operations with AI.
As a startup based in Minato City, we will also broaden our connections with local support organizations, operating companies, experts, and investors, advancing the practical, real-world implementation of AI rooted in day-to-day operations.
