Background (Issues)
SMEs need to handle huge amounts of "non-core work" (document creation, emails/minutes/reports, research/summary, SNS posting, etc.) with a small number of people, leading to chronic labor and time shortages. While Generative AI has strengths in "automating routine work" and "instant generation of judgment materials" and has high introduction effects,
