What is MENTA?
MENTA is a service that matches "people who want to teach" with "people who want to learn" online. Mentors with various skills such as programming, design, and marketing are registered, and mentees can find a mentor in the field they want to learn and receive consultation and guidance.
Activities and Achievements as a Mentor
Leveraging over 10 years of experience as an engineer, Tominaga has supported mentees in a wide range of fields such as programming, infrastructure construction, and AI development as a Web-based full-stack engineer. In particular, he is well-versed in technologies such as AWS, Terraform, and Next.js, contributing to the skill improvement and career development of many people.
The MENTA score is a unique indicator of MENTA to visualize trust, introduced so that opportunities are created equally not only based on the number of contracts and achievements but also for newly joined mentors.
